To achieve this, we need to drive the level of interaction and two-way engagement with our people. We believe communications should be simple, easy, and accessible for all. Our current platforms and channels are quite traditional and while we’re achieving good interaction levels, we want to do better. We aim to be brilliant at the basics, which includes the communications platform and approach we use.
