Background Vennesla municipality c/o the Unit for Park and Technical needs to procure a new 4 axled hook vehicle as a replacement for the existing vehicles in the municipal operation. The objective of the procurement is to ensure a reliable, robust and versatile vehicle that can cover the municipality ́s ongoing needs within transport, site related assignments and winter maintenance.
