Background Vennesla municipality c/o the Unit for Park and Technical needs to procure a new 4 axled hook vehicle as a replacement for the existing vehicles in the municipal operation. The objective of the procurement is to ensure a reliable, robust and versatile vehicle that can cover the municipality ́s ongoing needs within transport, site related assignments and winter maintenance. The vehicle shall be used for, among other things, mass transport, handling various operational assignments and use in the winter service with snow clearing and gritting.
