Background Vennesla municipality shall replace the artificial grass cover at Moseidmoen training ground. The current cover is worn, has an uneven surface and no longer fulfils the current function and quality requirements. The municipality therefore needs to establish a new system that ensures a smooth and robust playing surface with good properties of use and safe use over time.
