Background Vennesla municipality shall replace the artificial grass cover at Moseidmoen training ground. The current cover is worn, has an uneven surface and no longer fulfils the current function and quality requirements. The municipality therefore needs to establish a new system that ensures a smooth and robust playing surface with good properties of use and safe use over time. The aim of the procurement is to establish a new fill-free artificial grass system suitable for football activities in Nordic conditions. The system shall contribute to high durability, stable playing properties and an appropriate operational and maintenance need throughout the year.
