Evaluation and Learning Partner Sports England Place Partnership Funding Expansion - Leicester. Active Together are seeking to commission an evaluation and learning partner to work as part of the Sport England funded Place Expansion work in Leicester for an 18 month contract. Leicester has been identified as an area for Sport England Place Based investment and has been awarded funding to support Place Based working from September 2026 to Spring 2028. Evaluation and learning are a key part of the work and are embedded throughout the programme.
