Client Transport Services 2026 - 2034 - SEND : Disability Challengers Farnham Tuesdays and Thursdays This is a short term contract - 10.09.2026 - 17.09.2026 (this may be extended slightly but this is not guaranteed). Transport to and from two home addresses on alternate weeks. Only one schedule attached - next weeks schedule (GU26 6QR). Two home addresses are: GU26 6QR and GU307QT 1 passenger Saloon car with Passenger Assistant (pupil has epilepsy - 999 protocol to be followed). Training to be completed: Seizure Awareness.
