Detailed optimisation of reaction conditions requires reproducible accurate data for process monitoring. The method of choice is NMR spectroscopy which in its quantitative version QNMR is a highly efficient and precise technique. Application of QNMR requires stable data readings and uninterrupted access to an NMR machine for calibration and data acquisition on the 24/7 basis and this is not efficiently supported due to a variety of factors one of them being variability of probe response for different probes and is outside of the Team’s control.…
