Statnett SF has conducted a competitive procedure with negotiation following prior publication of a notice, cf. the Regulations on Procurement Procedures in the Utilities Sector (the Utilities Regulations) Parts I and II, for the award of a framework agreement for the purchase of assistance within control room design and development.
