Čo je predmetom obstarávania?
The dynamic purchasing system (DIO) shall be used for the procurement of consultancy and consultancy services within, among other things, area planning, administration and management, engineering design, development, control and preparation of competition documents. The scheme shall primarily be used for small and medium sized assignments. Very extensive and complex assignments, or assignments that require specialised expertise, will not be announced in this scheme. Bergen municipality will also assess whether the tenderers in the scheme have relevant competence for the assignment in question when holding competitions. The scheme comprises consultancy and consultancy services in building and construction subjects as well as architect services (ARK and LARK), including, among other things:
