The objective of the procurement is to establish a cloud based system for a tender implementation tool (KGV) and a contract administration system (KAV) delivered as multi-tenant SaaS, which supports the entire procurement and contract lifetime for the participants, in accordance with the attached requirement specification and annexes. The procurement comprises several procurement cooperations, as well as individual municipalities and companies. Each of the procurement cooperations consists of several participating municipalities. In addition several of the municipalities have participating KF. Some procurement cooperation also carries out procurements for other external actors, as well as individual procurements for the participating municipalities.
