The purpose of this procurement is to meet the ministries’ need for the rental of press platforms (press decks), as well as the provision of associated equipment and services. Associated equipment refers to technical equipment, including solutions for lighting, image, and sound related to press stands. Associated services refer to project management, rigging, and technical staffing during planning and execution. The events may include various types of occasions, for example high-level state visits.
