The proposed works comprise the construction of a new single-storey extension and associated refurbishment and alteration works to an existing community dwelling at Carra Mor Community Dwelling, Lifford, Ennis, Co. Clare (V95 Y4A6). The project includes the construction of a new extension incorporating an accessible assisted bathroom, accessible ensuite, equipment room, storage room and connecting corridor.
