The proposed works comprise the construction of a new single-storey extension and associated refurbishment and alteration works to an existing community dwelling at Carra Mor Community Dwelling, Lifford, Ennis, Co. Clare (V95 Y4A6). The project includes the construction of a new extension incorporating an accessible assisted bathroom, accessible ensuite, equipment room, storage room and connecting corridor. Internal refurbishment works include the conversion of existing shared sanitary facilities into six individual ensuites, construction of a new sluice room, widening of internal door openings, fire door upgrades, and associated alterations to plumbing, drainage, ventilation, electrical and fire alarm systems. External works comprise the construction of a new galvanised steel bus canopy w
