BIR Resource Dep. Mjelstad (referred to as BIR) shall, in connection with the expansion of the landfill site, procure a new treatment facility forige water that occurs as a result of precipitation hitting and going through the landfill. BIR shall ensure that the area and building is established where the treatment plant shall be constructed. Tenderers of the treatment plant must be responsible for the complete delivery of treatment facilities with all the accompanying equipment that is necessary for operation, as well as assembly, commissioning and training. This is further described in the tender documentation. It is important for BIR to get sufficient information about the treatment facility to facilitate with the correct dimensioned building.
