The project requires a turnkey delivery encompassing all aspects of site preparation, civil works, specialist sports surfacing, perimeter infrastructure, and related ancillary installations.The successful contractor will act as the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) and will be responsible for delivering the project in full compliance with current building regulations, health and safety legislation, and relevant sports governing body standards.
