Coolaney/Mullinabreena GAA invites tenders for the construction of a new, high-specification Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) at our club grounds in Nace O'Dowd Park, Achonry, Tubbercurry, Co Sligo. The project requires a turnkey delivery encompassing all aspects of site preparation, civil works, specialist sports surfacing, perimeter infrastructure, and related ancillary installations.The successful contractor will act as the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) and will be responsible for delivering the project in full compliance with current building regulations, health and safety legislation, and relevant sports governing body standards. The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: Site Preparation: Excavation, topsoil removal, earthworks, and
