VAV needs access to sustainable bio-fuel for the agency ́s vehicles and machines in order to be operative in daily operation and in stand-by situations. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including options.
