VAV needs access to sustainable bio-fuel for the agency ́s vehicles and machines in order to be operative in daily operation and in stand-by situations. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement.
