Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority') part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group have procured consultancy support to conduct a feasibility study around the usage / construction of an IoT network across the Tees Valley Region. This contract will be delivered in multiple phases. Phase 1 is a feasibility study to understand whether TVCA should invest in using or building an IoT network across the region.
