Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority') part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group have procured consultancy support to conduct a feasibility study around the usage / construction of an IoT network across the Tees Valley Region. This contract will be delivered in multiple phases. Phase 1 is a feasibility study to understand whether TVCA should invest in using or building an IoT network across the region. Should the feasibility study recommend that TVCA should invest in this, additional phases may be required under this contract including use case identification and design, procurement support, deployment support and benefits evaluation and monitoring.…
