The Authority tenders for the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) Platform that orchestrates the full agreement lifecycle in addition to signature allowing creation, commitment and management of agreements end-to-end and to send, receive and electronically sign documents, including sending documents to external signees.
