The National Transport Authority seeks a DocuSign authorised seller who can provide the SaaS DocuSign eSignature services for the Authority. The Authority tenders for the DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) Platform that orchestrates the full agreement lifecycle in addition to signature allowing creation, commitment and management of agreements end-to-end and to send, receive and electronically sign documents, including sending documents to external signees. As part of the IAM Platform, the Authority require the Gold Success support model, which includes adoption services, onboarding, configuration guidance, solution optimisation, learning services, advisory services and support services.
