Breakfast and lunch that meets the plate model sums up how full-fledged meals are put together for a health promoting and environmentally friendly food consumption. Water and milk is the recommended drink. The goal in the canteens, the largest buyer on the contract, is that the healthy alternatives and meals should be the most affordable and easily available. T
