The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements that help Innlandet County (IFK) achieve food and meal meals for full, healthy and affordable meals with low environmental and climate footprint and a clear local affiliation, cf. the Inland Food Promise that IFK signed in 2025. Breakfast and lunch that meets the plate model sums up how full-fledged meals are put together for a health promoting and environmentally friendly food consumption. Water and milk is the recommended drink. The goal in the canteens, the largest buyer on the contract, is that the healthy alternatives and meals should be the most affordable and easily available. T
