Quel est l’objet du marché ?

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who shall assist the joint ministries with services within visual communication and entire processes from concept development to the execution of major assignments. The agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for services that include i.a. information and information campaigns to the general public. The need for services that shall be covered by the framework agreement will vary, complexity and duration and can include both advice, concept development, design, production, publication, operation and evaluation.
