The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who shall assist the joint ministries with services within visual communication and entire processes from concept development to the execution of major assignments. The agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for services that include i.a. information and information campaigns to the general public.
