DSB needs a temporary framework agreement for the delivery of woollen clothing to the Norwegian Civil Defence, pending a framework agreement for this entered into by The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, which the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is affiliated to be ready to make call-offs. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with two tenderers, ranked as Supplier A and Supplier B respectively. All call-offs will first go to Supplier A.
