DSB needs a temporary framework agreement for the delivery of woollen clothing to the Norwegian Civil Defence, pending a framework agreement for this entered into by The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, which the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is affiliated to be ready to make call-offs.
