The Minister for Education and Youth invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. In summary, the Services comprise: The Contracting Authority seeks specialist service and strategic design support over a 12 month period to advance priority transformation initiatives, including the Common Application System for school admissions and the Department’s 90 per cent digital target under Better Public Services 2030. Two Service Designers will be embedded within cross-functional project teams to lead research, journey mapping, prototyping and future-state service design across these initiatives.
