Bidders are invited to submit a tender for the provision of a complex needs (Closer to Home) specialist supported living service at Condor’s Rest, in Tondu, Bridgend County Borough. The service is jointly funded by Health due to the complexities of care and support needs for people with a learning disability, which may include neurodiverse conditions amongst other support needs.
