2nd-Level-Support inklusive bedarfsabhängiger 24/7-Bereitschaft, Ticket-Monitoring, Störungsanalyse und Fehlerbehebung (inkl. Weiterentwicklung/Patching der MAS4-Module), Durchführung von Applikations-, OS- und Security-Updates, Information über sicherheitsrelevante Schwachstellen, Hardwarewartung der Fernwirkkomponenten sowie vollständige Dokumentation gemäß ISO 27001 und NIS/NIS2.
