De opdracht betreft de realisatie van de nieuwbouw van Kindcentrum De Fonkel. De nieuwbouw omvat 1.230 m² voor Kinderstad en 932 m² voor De Spelende Kinderopvang. Het Definitief Ontwerp is afgerond. De omgevingsvergunning is in mei 2026 aangevraagd en de BOPA-vergunning is inmiddels verleend. Meer informatie vind u in de selectieleidraad. De bouwsom is ongeveer € 5.500.000 exclusief btw.
