Tenderers shall be able to offer reliable systems with a long lifetime, adapted to the contracting authority ́s needs. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's ongoing need for replacement, expansion and new procurements of equipment in the contract period. Tenderers shall also offer a service contract.
