Innlandet County shall enter into a new framework agreement for the procurement of mobile telephones with accessories for employees. The agreement shall ensure an efficient and predictable delivery that supports the county ́s need for quality, good services and good prices. The agreement only applies to the purchase, not hire. Telephones shall be returned to the tenderer after the contract period has ended and the tenderer must be able to handle secure annulment, disposal or repurchase and resale.
