The framework agreement shall cover the service and repairs of heat pumps and cooling installations in municipal buildings and houses in the municipalities, including schools, nurseries, residential and activity centres, sickness and old people ́s homes, swimming and sports halls, flats, office buildings, arts centres, municipal rental housing, health centres, etc.
