Successful rehabilitation relies on timely and reliable access to medication, appropriate cold‑chain storage where required, patient education, discretion, and access outside standard working hours. This proposal outlines the use of a late‑night community pharmacy, located within 1–2 km of St James’s Hospital, to deliver a specialist, discreet and accessible dispensing and support service for men prescribed penile rehabilitation therapies as part of their prostate cancer survivorship pathway.
