¿Qué se contrata?

Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind folgende Cloudleistungen: die Implementierung, Anpassung, der Betrieb und die Pflege einer Software-as-a-Service-Lösung zur Bereitstellung einer barrierefreien und benutzerfreundlichen App für den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (ÖPNV) als native Anwendung für iOS und Android sowie als Web-Portal (im Folgenden nur als "Mobilitäts-App" bezeichnet).
