The proposed development consists of Reconfiguration Works to provide •1 No. Conversion of Existing Home Economics Room in to Art Room (96.5m²), •1 No. Conversion of Existing Art Room in to Wood Technology Room (99.5m²), •In-Fill construction providing a Wood Machining and Preparation Room of 30m² area. The proposed reconfiguration layouts make the maximum use of the existing available space within the existing classrooms and the additional in-fill Wood Machining and Preparation Room slots within the existing footprint of the building.
