The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with three different suppliers during the contract period for consulting engineers (RIX), and two different suppliers for architects (ARK). The framework agreement shall contribute to: • Efficient and correct engineering design that provides clear and good tender documentation for contractors, reduces risk and ensures cost efficient solutions. • Sustainable and innovative solutions supporting Avinor's goal of reduced greenhouse gas emissions, energy efficiency and circular economy. • Continual improvement and learning through systematic follow-up of deliveries and implementation of experiences from previous projects.
