The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of Schoolbooks to Education and Training Boards (ETBs).The DPS is designed to assist the Education and Training Boards (ETBs) with the process of procuring Schoolbooks.
