Tenders are invited from Building Works Contractors for the following pathfinder energy upgrade works to the Infirmary Building, IT Lodge, Aras Link Building, Old Gaol Building and Govenor's House with associated site services and site works, and first floor fit-out works to the Aras Link Building.
