The project ́s area stretches from Råbekken to Østfoldhallen along county road 109 in Fredrikstad municipality. County road 109 along this stretch (approx. 1.7 km long) shall be expanded to 4 lanes, two of which are public transport lanes. Cycle paths shall be constructed. The project also includes the construction of retaining walls, footbridges and culverts as well as roundabouts.
