Westminster City Council (WCC) and Royal Brough of Kensington and Chelea (RBKC) are seeking to procure a comprehensive online legal research and know-how solution for use by its in-house Legal Services team. The service is required to support legal advisers and paralegals in delivering timely, accurate and risk-based legal advice across the Council’s core legal practice areas. The current contract expires on 30 November 2026. The Council requires a replacement service to commence on 1 December 2026, with sufficient mobilisation, implementation and user support to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of access from the contract start date.
