Background and purpose GIVAS is currently in an active decision phase connected to the selection of a future sewage system for the Kongsvinger region. Two main alternatives will be reviewed in parallel and assessed on verbatim terms. Upgrading and renovation of the existing installations (alternative 0) and the establishment of a new joint treatment facility (alternative 4).
