Réalisation de travaux de bâtiment pour la construction de 29 logements de type LLS et LLTS. Les travaux feront l'objet d'une seule tranche de réalisation et sont répartis en HUIT (8) lots, comme suit : * Lot n°01 : Fondation / Gros uvre / Maçonnerie ; * Lot n°02 : Charpente / Couverture / Faux plafonds / Habillage bois * Lot n°03 : Menuiserie bois ; * Lot n°04 : Menuiserie aluminium / Serrurerie ; * Lot n°05 : CFO / CFA / Télédistribution ; * Lot n°06 : Plomberie/ ECS ; * Lot n°07 : Revêtements de sols et murs ; * Lot n°08 : Peinture / BAL.
