There is a requirement to award a contract for a Licence for the operation of a Retail Shop Unit and Café Service at Louth County Hospital. The Health Service Executive (HSE), acting on behalf of LCH, is now intending to go to market to invite tender proposals to renew this contract. As part of their tender response, Tenderers are required to submit a Licence Fee Proposal which is a percentage share of the gross profit generated by the Retail Shop Unit and Café Service payable to LCH. The operation of the Retail Shop Unit and Café Service at LCH will provide a variety of products to members of the public, patients, staff and other persons attending at LVH. The service will also include the ongoing cleaning, maintenance and general environmental and hygiene management of the Retail Shop Uni
