Vad upphandlas?
The Contracting Authority University of Inland Norway (INN) shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase and handling of subscriptions for Norwegian and foreign periodicals. The periodicals shall be delivered in both printed and/or electronic format to the stated addresses.
