Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) is establishing a Qualification System for the provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) works and services (Lot 1) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services (Lot 2) for the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER). Lot 1 is for the engineering, procurement, and construction works and services to complete infrastructure assets including but not limited the jetty, trestle, topside structures, pipelines, above ground installation (AGI), integration with FSRU, onshore terminal systems, related ancillary and enabling utilities to site and the management of nominated subcontractor(s). Lot 2 is for operation and maintenance services in relation to jetty, trestle, topside structures, pipelines, integration with FSRU, onshore terminal systems that may be
