Il s'agit d'une prestation de tierce maintenance applicative des applications en technologie web du CNFPT; Les applications concernées sont définies à l'article 2 « Périmètre applicatif » du CCTP. Les prestations se décomposent en 4 sections suivantes : Section 1 Phase d'initialisation Section 2 Maintenance standard Section 3 Maintenance évolutive Section 4 Prestations complémentaires Le contenu et les objectifs des prestations sont précisés de manière détaillée dans le CCTP. Accord-cadre « composite » formé pour partie de prestations forfaitaires et pour partie de prestations à bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum à 5 000 000 euros H.T mono-attributaire de services
